Almond Tree Substance Abuse Treatment Program: A Christ-centered and biblical substance abuse support program. Lindberg Road Church of Christ, 2625 Lindberg Road, now accepting for this weekly support group which will meet at the church from 6 to 8 p.m. each Sunday. ALS Support Group: ALS, commonly known as Lou Gehrig’s disease Support Group with Community Hospital meets in Alexandria at the Calvary Baptist Chapel, 202 W. Tyler St., the first Monday of each month from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. For more information, call CHA’s Education Center at (765) 298-1660.
Alzheimer’s Caregiver Support Group: Caregiver support group meetings are held in Elwood on the first Thursday of every month at 6:30 p.m. at St. Vincent Mercy Hospital, 1331 South A St., in the Sister Andreal/Dr. Scea Room. Alzheimer’s Caregiver Support Group: The Alzheimer’s support group, designed for caregivers and loved ones of those affected by Alzheimer’s disease, meets in Anderson on the second Thursday of every month at 9 a.m., 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. at the Community Hospital Education Center, located at 1923 N. Madison Ave., Anderson. Alzheimer’s Support Group: Anyone who is walking through life with Alzheimer’s, has a loved one with Alzheimer’s, or needing more information on the disease process are invited to attend.
