— • Anderson police arrested Marquis A. Foard, 22, of the 3200 block of Raible Avenue, Anderson, at 2:20 p.m. Monday at the Anderson Police Department on suspicion of attempted murder, a Class A felony. He is being held without bond.
• Anderson police arrested Eddie J. Wesley, 33, homeless, at 6:18 a.m. Monday in the 1600 block of Lockerbie Court on suspicion of false informing, a Class A misdemeanor. He is being held without bond.
• Anderson police arrested Raymond J. Dowling Sr., 60, of the 1100 block of West Seventh Street, Anderson, at 1:40 a.m. Monday in the 1900 block of East 60th Street on suspicion of public intoxication, a Class B misdemeanor, and battery, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $5,000.
• Anderson police arrested David R. Brown, 22, of the 800 block of West 37th Street, Anderson, at 8:40 p.m. Sunday in the 800 block of West 37th on suspicion of domestic battery, a Class A misdemeanor. He is being held without bond.
• Anderson police arrested Dustin G. Rusher, 24, of the 3200 block of Pennway Drive, Anderson, at 1:54 a.m. Sunday in the 2100 block of Sheridan Street on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class D felony; driving while suspended, a Class A misdemeanor; and operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor. He is being held without bond.
• Anderson police arrested Jade O. Braxton, 18, of the 6300 block of Arrowhead Drive, Anderson, at 8:10 p.m. Saturday in the 2300 block of Charles Street on suspicion of conversion, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $5,000.
• Anderson police arrested Mark E. Brown, 43, of the 800 block of West 37th Street, Anderson, at 9 p.m. Sunday in the 800 block of West 37th on suspicion of resisting law enforcement, a Class A misdemeanor. He has since been released.
• Alexandria police arrested Jerry A. Schacht Jr., 46, of the 2200 block of Quail Run, Alexandria, at 10:17 p.m. Saturday in the 1400 block of North Park Avenue on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor, and battery, a Class A misdemeanor. He has since been released.
• Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Shawn M. Hudson, 34, of the 100 block of East 900 North, Alexandria, at 10:02 p.m. Saturday at the Madison County Jail on suspicion of trespassing, a Class A misdemeanor. He has since been released.
