— Elwood police arrested Kenneth M. Penn, 21, of the 2100 block of North B Street, Elwood, at 1:09 p.m. Thursday in the 2100 block of North B on suspicion of domestic battery, a Class D felony. Bond is $5,000.

— Anderson police arrested Elysia M. Arrigoni, 32, of the 2300 block of Noble Street, Anderson, at 12:30 a.m. Thursday in the 3000 block of Mounds Road on suspicion of battery, a Class A misdemeanor. She is being held without bond.

— Anderson police arrested Ruby L. Short, 30, of the 3000 block of Mounds Road, Anderson, at 12:30 a.m. Thursday in the 3000 block of Mounds on suspicion of battery, a Class A misdemeanor. She is being held without bond.

— Lapel police arrested Lawrence J. McDole, 50, of the 4700 block of East Columbus Avenue, Anderson, at 11:46 p.m. Wednesday near the intersection of Old Indiana 132 and 1300 South on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor. He is being held without bond.

— Anderson police arrested Terry L. Anderson Jr., 21, of the 1500 block of Dewey Street, Anderson, at 12:05 a.m. Thursday in the 1100 block of Nichol Avenue on suspicion of possession of marijuana, a Class A misdemeanor, and public intoxication, a Class B misdemeanor. Bond is $4,000.

— Anderson police arrested Eldres M. Moliere Jr., 23, of the 600 block of West 22nd Street, Anderson, at 2:05 a.m. Thursday near the intersection of 16th and Jackson streets on suspicion of battery, a Class D felony; resisting law enforcement, a Class A misdemeanor; and driving while suspended, a Class A misdemeanor. He is being held without bond.

— The Madison County Drug Task Force arrested Donald T. Shell, 29, of the 2200 block of Sheridan Street, Anderson, at 8 p.m. Wednesday in the 2200 block of Sheridan on suspicion of dealing cocaine, a Class A felony; possession of marijuana, a Class D felony; possession of a handgun by a felony, a Class D felony; maintaining a common nuisance, a Class D felony; possession of a controlled substance, a Class D felony; and possession of a legend drug, a Class D felony. Bond is $50,000 full cash.

— The Madison County Drug Task Force arrested Elizabeth Bair, 28, of the 2200 block of Sheridan Street, Anderson, at 8 p.m. Wednesday in the 2200 block of Sheridan on suspicion of dealing cocaine, a Class A felony; possession of marijuana, a Class D felony; maintaining a common nuisance, a Class D felony; possession of a controlled substance, a Class D felony; and possession of a legend drug, a Class D felony. Bond is $35,000.

— Anderson police arrested Stephen M. Morales, 18, of the 700 block of West Seventh Street, Anderson, at 2:09 a.m. Thursday in the 2900 block of Noble Street on suspicion of conversion, a Class A misdemeanor. He has since been released to Madison County Community Corrections.
