Anderson police arrested Hollie C. Hernandez, 25, of the 300 block of West Fourth Street, Anderson, at 10:55 a.m. Tuesday. Hernandez posted bail of $10,000 for Class D felony theft and Class C felony welfare fraud.
Anderson police arrested Eric S. Oliver, 26, of the 2000 block of Arrow Avenue, Anderson, at 12:51 p.m. Tuesday. Oliver posted bail of $10,000 for Class C felony welfare fraud, Class C felony perjury and Class D felony theft.
Chesterfield police arrested Elizabeth D. Smiley, 26, of the 7900 block of South Spring Street, Daleville, at 4:52 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for Class C misdemeanor driving while suspended.
State police arrested Eric W. Wilson, 42, of the 600 block of Ellenhurst Drive, Anderson, at 5:33 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for Class D felony battery.
Anderson police arrested Stacey R. Parks, 37, of the 1500 block of Weatherly Way, Anderson, at 6:34 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $2,000 for Class C misdemeanor compulsory attendance violation and Class C misdemeanor driving while suspended.
Madison County police arrested Christopher M. Burton, 37, of the 2100 block of Salem Campground Road, Lucedale, Miss., at 6:47 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $12,000 for Class C felony nonsupport of a dependent child and civil contempt of court.
