AU School of Theology hosting Renew Your Ministry! event

ANDERSON — The Anderson University School of Theology is offering Renew Your Ministry!, a three-day event open to the whole faith community from March 10-12. Classes will be open to those who register for the event with lunch provided. On Tuesday, registration includes the annual Harp Lecture with guest speaker Dr. Gary Agee.

Renew Your Ministry! was developed as part of the seminary’s desire to build stronger partnerships with the church and the local community.

The school recently received accreditation approval from the Association of Theological Schools (ATS) to offer the professional ministry degree, the Master of Arts in Christian Ministry, 100 percent online. The School of Theology is one of only seven association schools approved for a professional degree to be 100 percent online.

Following the announcement, online degree students expressed an interest of still having an opportunity for face-to-face learning. Renew Your Ministry! offers students the value of having time in the classroom with other peers in ministry.

Registration: 641-4530.
