Arrest Log: March 2

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Friday and Saturday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Police arrested James Patrick Abbott, 20, of the 500 block of North 20th Street, Elwood, at 2:38 p.m. Friday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor for return to county jail per court order.

Madison County Sheriff deputies arrested Antiwaun Roc'Kane Peoples, 23, of the 1700 block of Fairview Street, Anderson, at 2:40 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $35,000 for Class A felony for dealing cocaine or narcotic and at $35,000 for Class B felony for unlawful possession of a firearm by serious violent felon.

Police arrested Thomas Noel Hite III, 26, of the first block of East County Road 900 North, Alexandria, at 2:59 p.m. Friday. No bond was set for Class D felony for return to county jail per court order.

Police arrested Justin Donald Wilson, 36, of the 5000 block of Columbus Avenue, Anderson, at 3:29 p.m. Friday. No bond was set for Class C felony for return to county jail per court order.

Anderson police arrested Stacie Lyn Butler, 37, of the 1600 block of Jefferson Street, Anderson, at 4:18 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony for possession of a controlled substance, at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor for possession of paraphernalia, and at $5,000 for Class D felony for maintaining a common nuisance.

Elwood police arrested Ashley Dawn Sneed, 21, of the 1400 block of East Willard Street, Muncie, at 4:51 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class A misdemeanor for battery with no or minor injury.

Madison County Sheriff deputies arrested Samuel Jason Martin, 36, of the 600 block of West Berry Street, Alexandria, at 5:53 p.m. Friday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor for domestic battery.
