Arrest Log: Dec. 20

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Wednesday and Thursday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Anderson police arrested Dustin M. Martin, 24, of the 900 block of West First Street, Marion, at 10:21 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $30,000 for Class D felony resisting law enforcement, Class D felony OWI: .15 BAC or greater, Class C misdemeanor leave accident scene, Class A misdemeanor DWS, Class A misdemeanor criminal recklessness, two counts and Class A misdemeanor leave accident scene.

Madison County deputies arrested Kelly D. Gimple, 35, of the 8800 block of McGray Drive, Pendelton, at 2:09 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class D felony violation of suspended sentence, two counts.

Madison County deputies arrested Misty D. Edwards, 25, of the 1200 block of Indiana Avenue, Anderson, at 2:25 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class D felony possession of a controlled substance, Class D felony probation violation and Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana, hash oil, hashish.

Anderson police arrested Brian R. McKinster, 26, of the 2300 block of Fowler Street, Anderson, at 4:19 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class B felony arson.

Madison County deputies arrested Edgar I. Diaz-Deleon, 31, of the 1300 block of Swinney Avenue, Fort Wayne, at 4:52 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class D felony violation of probation.

Madison County deputies arrested Stacey L. Fowler, 29, of the 200 block of Donnelly Drive, Anderson, at 5:06 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for failure to appear for a Class D felony.

Edgewood police arrested Jessica C. Scharnowske, 34, of the 800 block of College Drive, Anderson, at 5:27 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class B misdemeanor contempt of court.

Madison County deputies arrested Jayne J. Privett, 51, of the 1 block of North Starter Street, Indianapolis, at 6:33 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class D felony violation of probation.

Indiana State police arrested Brett S. Gregg, 23, of the 900 block of Cottage Avenue, Anderson, at 1:19 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $4,000 for Class C misdemeanor OWI .08 .15 BAC.
