Anderson police arrested Matthew S. King, 30, of the 1000 block of Pendleton Avenue, Pendleton, at 4:56 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony domestic battery, serious injury.
Anderson police arrested Gennita L. Starr, 33, of the 4200 block of Delaware Street, Anderson, at 5:31 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony theft.
Anderson police arrested Mitchell D. MacLachlan, 22, of the 2000 block of Lafayette Street, Anderson, at 6:33 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class C misdemeanor leave accident scene and Class A misdemeanor OWI: .15 BAC or greater.
Madison County deputies arrested Joseph L. Wagner, 42, of the 2300 block of Chase Street, Anderson, at 7:52 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy.
Madison County deputies arrested Rachel A. Gwinn, 32, of the 200 block of Woodworth Avenue, Frankton, at 9:58 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $80,000 for Class B felony manufacturing meth, Class D felony neglect of a dependent, Class D felony maintaining a common nuisance, Class D felony possession of sale of chemical reagents or precursors.
Anderson police arrested Misty A. Haywood, 35, of the 2800 block Crystal Street, Anderson, at 10:01 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for Class C felony violation of probation.
