Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Saturday and Sunday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Anderson police arrested Joshua Kyle Frazier, 28, the 2800 block of West 38th Street, Anderson, at 12:12 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $173 on a civil citation-failure to appear.

Anderson police arrested Marilyn J. Fuller, 54, of the 1500 block of W. 19th Street, Anderson, at 1 p.m. Saturday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor domestic battery.

Anderson police arrested Jamie Jo Jackson, 35, of the 2000 block of Fletcher Street, Anderson, at 1:14 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony residential entry and Class D felony theft.

Anderson police arrested Todd Edward Robbins, 46, of the 2200 block of East 10th Street, Anderson, at 4:03 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended-prior.

Alexandria police arrested Richard Wayne Sterling II, 48, of the 100 block of West Church Street, Alexandria, at 4:15 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor operating while intoxicated, Class a misdemeanor operating while intoxicated, endangering a person.

Madison deputies arrested Cameron Joseph Ellerman, 18, homeless, at 4:32 p.m. Saturday. No bond was set for Class D felony possession of a controlled substance.

Anderson police arrested Marvin Dequan McCloud, 21, of the 1000 block of Indian Mound Boulevard, Anderson, at 4:37 Saturday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor criminal trespass.

Anderson police arrested Kayla Elizabeth Crisp, 20, of the 12000 block of North County Road 200 East at 5:09 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor conversion.

Anderson police arrested Terry Dee Whitted II, 38, of 1200 block of Linden Street, Muncie, at 5:22 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $20,000 for two counts of Class A misdemeanor conversion, and Class A misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia.
