Arrest Log

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Tuesday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Elwood police arrested Stephen J. Alvey, 30, of the 2200 block of South A Street, Elwood, at 9:35 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony possession of a controlled substance and Class D felony possession of a syringe.

Madison County deputies arrested Rene Ruiz, 36, of the 400 block of East Ninth Street, Lapel, at 9:48 a.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for contempt of court on a Class D felony.

Summitville police arrested David A. Hendricks, 46, of the 300 block of North Fifth Street, Summitville, at 12:55 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor conversion.

Anderson police arrested Paul M. Parkhurst, 28, of the 1700 block of Crystal Street, Anderson, at 1:52 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for failure to appear on a Class C misdemeanor.

Anderson police arrested Brittney A. McCrocklin, 21, of the 1800 block of Raintree Drive, Anderson, at 2:47 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony theft and Class A misdemeanor conversion.

Anderson police arrested Ashley B. Follmar, 31, of the 300 block of Erie Street, Lapel, at 3:16 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for Class D felony theft, Class A misdemeanor conversion and probation violation on a Class A misdemeanor.

Elwood police arrested Tyler R. Hurd, 25, of the 500 block of South D Street, Elwood, at 3:19 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $311.20 for failure to appear in a civil case.

Madison County deputies arrested Michael D. Mumaw, 43, of the 400 block of North Dequincy Street, Indianapolis, at 5:04 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for failure to appear on a Class D felony.

Madison County deputies arrested Randolph W. Simmons, 24, of the 600 block of Main Street, Anderson, at 7:08 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony failure to return to lawful detention.

Anderson police arrested Anthony R. Christy, 46, of the 2000 block of West 25th Street, Anderson, at 10:10 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for a hold in Hamilton County.

Anderson police arrested David W. Decker, 27, of the 200 block of East 32st Street, Anderson, at 10:20 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for Class D felony domestic battery.
