Anderson police arrested Paris Spring Streaty, 27, of the 2300 block of Fairview Street, Anderson, at 2:04 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony theft.

Elwood police arrested Joseph Michael Stidham, 22, of the 300 block of Howard Avenue, Arcadia, at 2:12 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $6,000 for Class C misdemeanor operator never licensed.

Pendleton police arrested Chad Eugene Smith, 39, of the 200 block of West 53rd Street, Anderson, at 2:52 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor domestic battery.

Anderson police arrested Matthew Taylor Atwell, 19, of the 5400 block of East 169th Street, Noblesville, at 5:44 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class A misdemeanor for OWI and at $20,000 for Class C misdemeanor illegal consumption of alcohol by minor.

Lapel police arrested Jason Allen Moore, 39, of the 100 block of Hannsons Path, Georgetown, at 6:09 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $15,000 for Class D felony operating after a lifetime suspension and at $15,000 for Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement.

Frankton police arrested Bobby Dale Shoemaker, 54, of the 200 block of North Woodworth Street, Frankton, at 6:24 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor for OWI.
