Arrest Log

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Sunday and Monday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Anderson police arrested Michael J. Mendoz, 35, of the 5700 block of Granite Drive, at 2:34 p.m. Sunday, on a Class C misdemeanor of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Anderson police arrested Maleah L. Pinion, 29, of the 1000 block of Lennox Street, Anderson, at 2:49 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $5,000 for a Class A misdemeanor conversion.

Anderson police arrested Matthew T. Pinion, 33, of the 1000 block of Lennox Street, Anderson, at 2:49 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $5,000 for a Class A misdemeanor conversion.

Anderson police arrested Jeffery D. Johns, 26, of the 2700 block of Crystal Drive, Indianapolis, at 5:04 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI.

Anderson police arrested Cody M. Short, 20, of the 400 block of Cross Street, Anderson, at 5:27 p.m. Sunday. No bond was set for Class D felony resisting law enforcement, Class A misdemeanor OWI and Class B misdemeanor illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.

Anderson police arrested Tonya M. Eubanks, 39, of the 2400 block of Meridian Street, Anderson, at 1:25 a.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy and failure to appear on a Class A misdemeanor.

Anderson police arrested Nathan W. Pratt, 24, of the 1 block of Oak Street, Orestes, at 1:30 a.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony possession of a controlled substance smoking instruments and violating probation on a Class D felony.

Elwood police arrested Eugene N. Brown Jr., 30, of the 700 block of Ninth Street, Elwood, at 1:54 a.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor domestic battery.

Madison County deputies arrested Nickolas D. Castillo, 32, of the 400 block of 30th Street, Marion, at 2:01 a.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class D felony habitual traffic offender.

Madison County deputies arrested Christopher L. Bauman, 31, of the 1100 block of Turkey Ridge Road, Metter, Ga. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana, hash oil, hashish and Class A misdemeanor reckless possession of paraphernalia.
