Madison County deputies arrested Phoenix M. Huffman, 18, of the 1 block of Crescent Court, Chesterfield, at 7:44 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class B felony court commitment, two counts.

Madison County deputies arrested Glen C. Horrigan, 44, of the 5700 block of Route 67, Pendleton, at 8:05 p.m. Monday. Bond was set for $2,000 for contempt of court in a civil case.

Madison County deputies arrested Heather D. Thompson, 28, of the 400 block of Ruddle Avenue, Anderson, at 8:07 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class B felony court commitment.

Police arrested Devin G. Kepner, 29, of the 600 block of Main Street, Anderson, at 8:43 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class D felony contempt of court, two counts.

Madison County deputies arrested Loyd E. Stephens, 47, of the 8500 block of Pin Oak Drive, Pendleton, at 11:20 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class D felony strangulation and Class A misdemeanor battery.

Madison County deputies arrested Prince Q. Tate, 21, of the 1700 block of Fountain Street, Anderson, at 1:57 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $80,000 for Class B felony deal cocaine or narcotic, four counts.

Anderson police arrested Aaron R. Z. Dillon, 36, of the 1100 block of Second Street, Anderson, at 2:04 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $4,000 for Class B misdemeanor visiting a common nuisance, two counts and Class A misdemeanor reckless possession of paraphernalia, two counts.

Elwood police arrested Stephen R. Lawrence, 52, of the 200 block of 13th Street, Elwood, at 4:46 a.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for court commitment.

Elwood police arrested Laura M. Cripe, 43, of the 1800 block of F Street, Elwood, at 5:17 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $15,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI: endangering a person, Class B misdemeanor public intoxication and Class C misdemeanor OWI.

Elwood police arrested Brittnee L. Hoffman, 20, of the 800 block of Nelson Circle, Noblesville, at 9:25 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $30,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI: .15 BAC or greater, Class A misdemeanor OWI: endangering a person and Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.
