Arrest Log: March 13

Anderson police arrested Kathleen Nunn, 60, of the 1900 block of 14th Street, Anderson, at 12:56 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $4,000 for Class A misdemeanor battery and Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct.

Madison County deputies arrested Nicholas I. Waymire, 27, of the 9900 block of Bethel Avenue, Gaston, at 1:13 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony theft.

Anderson police arrested Monyae W. Allen, 20, of the 1900 block of 14th Street, Anderson, at 2:17 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for Class B felony disorderly conduct.

Madison County deputies arrested Brandon L. Erving, 36, of the 2400 block of 18th Street, Anderson, at 4:07 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $30,000 for Class C felony failure to register as a sex offender and Class D felony failure to register as a sex offender, two counts.

Alexandria police arrested Oscar A. Rodriguez, 22, of the 200 block of Second Street, Orestes, at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI: endangering a person and Class C misdemeanor OWI: .08 to .15 BAC.

Edgewood police arrested Joseph M. Johnson, 23, of the 3000 block of Fletcher Street, Anderson, at 7:58 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor DWS.

Edgewood police arrested Francisco J. Amial-Clara, 54, of the 10000 block of Governors Lane, Indianapolis, at 8:46 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor contempt of court.

Anderson police arrested Tiffany L. Arnold, 35, of the 2000 block of Fairview Street, Anderson, at 10:24 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for probation violation on a Class A misdemeanor.

Alexandria police arrested Garrett A. Michales, 43, of the 2500 block of Birch Drive, Anderson, at 10:29 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy and Class B misdemeanor false informing.

Anderson police arrested Xavier A. Lyons, 39, of the 2800 block of Jefferson Street, Anderson, at 1:43 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $500 for contempt of court in a civil case and failure to appear on a Class D felony.
