Stohler to speak to garden club
ALEXANDRIA — The SmallTown Garden Club will meet at 6:30 p.m. Monday at the Alexandria Community Center, 315 S. Harrison St.
Don Stohler, gardener, will be speaking on grafting. Stohler has a nut tree on which he has grafted several different kinds of nuts.
Refreshments will be served at 6:30 p.m. and the program starts at 7 p.m.

April genealogy class starts Monday
ANDERSON — The Genealogy Department of the Madison County Historical Society is holding a beginners genealogy class at 9:30 a.m. Monday in the Bowman Room of the History Center, 11 W. 11th St. The class will Include how to start your research, what forms to use, the records to use, terminology used by genealogists, the correct form of dates and the problems of finding names of women.
Fleetwood Mac tickets on sale Monday
INDIANAPOLIS — Tickets will go sale on Monday for the Oct. 21 Fleetwood Mac concert at Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.
After a 16-year absence, Christine McVie will re-join Fleetwood Mac band mates Mick Fleetwood, John McVie, Lindsey Buckingham and Stevie Nicks as they launch the “On With The Show” Tour.
Concertgoers will be able to purchase tickets through the Live Nation mobile app, at www.livenation.com and at the Bankers Life Fieldhouse box office.
Gardeners group hosts day camp
MUNCIE — Future Gardeners Day Camp will have “Strawberries and Pizza Together” from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at Mount Olive Community Church, 5000 N. Nebo Road, Muncie. The event is being presented by the Delaware County Master Gardener’s Association.
Day camp is for ages 10 to 15 and limited to 40 children. Registration fee is $10. Each camper will make their own pizza for lunch and plant a strawberry basket and pizza garden to take home.
