Arrest Log: Oct. 6

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Friday and Saturday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Anderson police arrested Christopher M. Waltermire, 21, of Mustin Drive, Anderson, at 1:10 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $4,000 for Class A misdemeanor false informing.

Anderson police arrested Crystal A. Rose, 31, of the 6100 block of Evanston Avenue, Indianapolis, at 1:13 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI.

Madison County police arrested Bernard L. Bloss, 46, of the 8400 block of North 109, Wilkinson, at 8:23 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony possession of a controlled substance smoking instrument, Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended and Class A misdemeanor OWI.

Madison County police arrested Jeremiah R. Walters, 37, of the 1600 block of East 17th Street, Anderson, at 12:31 a.m. Saturday. No bond was set for violation of probation on a Class D felony.

Chesterfield police arrested Terry E. Stanley, 53, of the 1600 block of West Sixth Street, Anderson, at 1:23 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $50,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI.

Anderson police arrested Rachel L. Bales, 33, of the 1900 block of Norwood Place, Anderson, at 2:01 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $220 for contempt of court in a civil case.

Markleville police arrested Jesse J. Spearman, 18, of the 8700 block of Southwest 83rd Avenue, Trenton, Fla., at 2:07 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement.

Madison County police arrested Gordon L. Peak Jr., 33, of 32nd Avenue, Vero Beach, Fla., at 5:01 a.m. Saturday. No bond was set for failure to appear on a Class A felony.

Anderson University police arrested Dustin D. Chandler, 20, of the 2000 block of East Fifth Street, Anderson, at 6:22 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class C felony burglary and Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement.
