Arrest Log: Nov. 13


— Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Monday and Tuesday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Madison County police arrested James J Emerick, 27, of the 400 block of North Sixth Street, Elwood, at 8:39 a.m. Monday. Emerick was released on $5,000 bond for Class A misdemeanor OWI.

Anderson police arrested Cody Warren Dixon, 21, of the 1400 block of Dewey Street, Anderson, at 1:19 p.m. Monday. Dixon was released on $4,000 bond for Class A misdemeanor dealing marijuana, Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana and Class A misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia.

Madison County police arrested David Allen Rogers, 46, of the 6400 block of North 425 East, Alexandria, at 1:27 p.m. Monday. Rogers was released on $4,000 for Class C misdemeanor OWI.

State police arrested Brenika Shamon Pinkston, 21, of the 5800 block of San Clemente Lane, Indianapolis, at 3:01 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy.

Madison County police arrested Leslie Dewayne Stone, 56, of the 2300 block of West 15th Street, Anderson, at 4:37 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $500 for contempt of court in a civil case.

Elwood police arrested Shane Tyler Mikesell, 22, of the 1300 block of South J Street, Elwood, at 4:53 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor battery.

Elwood police arrested Kaci Jo Adams, 26, of the 200 block of South 25th Street, Elwood, at 5:12 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class C felony in another jurisdiction and parole violation.

Anderson police arrested Tiffany Lynn Bowling, 21, of the 2800 block of Columbus Avenue, Anderson, at 5:22 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $4,000 for Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

Anderson police arrested Lydia Grace Savage, 28, of the 200 block of Ringwood Way, Anderson, at 5:24 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for violation of a suspended sentence on a Class D felony and failure to appear on a Class D felony.

Anderson police arrested Chevis Dean Kellum, 31, of the 1700 block of Fairview Street, Anderson, at 5:38 p.m. Monday. Kellum posted bond of $5,000 for Class D felony Possession Of Controlled Substance Smoking Instrument.

Anderson police arrested Donnie Quinn Sutton Jr., 30, of the 1800 block of Jefferson Street, Anderson, at 5:52 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana and Class D felony possession of cocaine.

Madison County police arrested Arthur Delaney Scott, 51, of the 1700 block of Halford Street, Anderson, at 6:30 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class B felony dealing cocaine.

Elwood police arrested Josephine Logan Shuler, 20, of the 2000 block of North C Street, Elwood, at 12:39 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended, Class D felony possession of marijuana and probation violation on a Class D felony.

Anderson police arrested Blade Allen Corbin, 18, of the 2200 block of West 28th Street, Anderson, at 1:09 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class B felony robbery.

Anderson police arrested Jody M. Graham, 33, of the 3100 block of Raible Avenue, Anderson, at 2:09 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor conversion.

Alexandria police arrested Zakary Thayer Frost, 32, of the 900 block of South Park Avenue, Alexandria, at 4:45 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony possession of a controlled substance, Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana and Class B misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia.

Elwood police arrested Jeremy A. Morris, 20, of the 1000 block of North 18th Street, Elwood, at 5:26 a.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for violation of probation on a Class D felony.

Madison County police arrested Brittany N. Mayhugh, 26, of the 2000 block of Sheridan Street, Anderson, at 6:13 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $500 for contempt of court in a civil case.
