Anderson police arrested Michael S. Abshire, 21, of the 8600 block of North Mechanicsburg Road, Middletown, at 10:08 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $8,000 for Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct, Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana and Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement.

Anderson police arrested Rhona L. Marks, 60, of the 100 block of Seminole Drive, Anderson, at 10:11 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony theft.

Anderson police arrested Sarah Sandford, 22, of the 1700 block of North Madison Avenue, Anderson, at 11:05 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $500 for Civil failure to appear.

Madison County police arrested Amber J. Hunter, 29, of the 2800 block of East County Road 400 South, Tipton, at 11:15 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $3,000 for Civil contempt of court.

State police arrested Roy S. Hon, 60, of the 1400 block of Spann Avenue, Indianapolis, at 12:20 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $8,000 for Class C misdemeanor OWI.

Madison County police arrested Diran T. Brooks, 46, of the 1700 block of Lockerbie Court, Anderson, at 12:24 p.m. Saturday. No bond was set for Class D felony violation of drug court.

Alexandria police arrested Robert J. Key, 58, of the 1000 block of South Harrison Street, Alexandria, at 1:41 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony OWI and Class D felony parole violation.

Anderson police arrested Cory L. Taapken, 26, of the 1500 block of East 31st Street, Anderson, at 2:11 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $1,000 for Civil failure to appear.

Alexandria police arrested Walter L. Davis, 46, of the 200 block of Orchard Lane, Upland, at 2:14 a.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI and Class A misdemeanor reckless possession of paraphernalia.

Anderson police arrested Juan A. Hernandez, 36, of the 300 block of West Fourth Street, Anderson, at 5:51 a.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony sexual battery and Class D felony criminal confinement.
