Arrest Log: Oct. 19

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Thursday and Friday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

State police arrested Timothy R. Soverns II, 36, of the 900 block of Church Street, Anderson, at 8:47 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $4,000 for Class C misdemeanor OWI.

Madison County police arrested Larry S. Pearson, 35, of the 5200 block of Alexandria Pike, Anderson, at 9:30 a.m. Thursday. No bond was set for violation of a suspended sentence on a Class B felony.

Anderson police arrested Gina M. Simmons, 49, of the 21200 block of Durbin Road, Noblesville, at 10:01 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.

Anderson police arrested Matthew A. Schuler, 32, of the 2300 block of Layton Road, Anderson, at 12:57 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor conversion.

Madison County police arrested Joshua W. Garrison, 24, of the 1600 block of Jackson Street, Anderson, at 2 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class B felony burglary and Class D felony theft.

Madison County police arrested April L. Mikesell, 25, of the 800 block of North 13th Street, Elwood, at 2:12 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for violation of probation on a Class D felony.

Edgewood police arrested Robert J. Parsons, 52, of the 1400 block of Morton Street, Noblesville, at 4:48 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor OWI.

Elwood police arrested Willard E. Beeman, 38, of the 2800 block of North D Street, Elwood, at 8:20 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony possession of a syringe and Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement.

Chesterfield police arrested Phoenix M. Huffman, 17, of Crescent Court, Chesterfield, at 9:54 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class D felony receiving stolen property and Class C felony burglary.
