Arrest log

NOR body:Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Monday and Tuesday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Anderson police arrested Jeremy A. Miller, 32, of the 4000 block of North County Road 700 West, Frankton, at 2 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy and Class A misdemeanor violation of probation.

State police arrested Clarissa C. Atkins, 41, of the 1400 block of West Memorial Street, Muncie, at 5:58 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony possession of meth, Class D felony maintaining a common nuisance, Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana and Class A misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia.

State police arrested Steven D. Atkins, 44, of the 1400 block of West Memorial Street, Muncie, at 7:12 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony possession of meth, Class D felony maintaining a common nuisance, Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended, Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana and Class A misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia.

Madison County police arrested Ronald C. Weyland, 44, of the 8100 block of South Firefly Drive, Pendleton, at 8:21 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $35,000 for Class A felony child molest.

Madison County police arrested Brooke O. Badger, 25, of the 400 block of North 10th Street, Elwood, at 10 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class B felony court commitment.

Madison County police arrested Crystal L. Pope, 35, of the 300 block of Central Avenue, Anderson, at 10:26 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class B felony court commitment.

Anderson police arrested Theron M. Vaughn, 29, of the 1200 block of West 10th Street, Anderson, at 2:22 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $500 for Civil failure to appear.

Anderson police arrested Trenton W. Patterson, 38, of the 5300 block of Leclair Drive, Anderson, at 2:34 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $54,000 for Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy, Class A misdemeanor domestic battery, Class D felony domestic battery and Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement.

Anderson police arrested Toby L. McCallister, 32, of the 400 block of East 31st Street, Anderson, at 2:51 a.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor violation of probation.

NOR body:Lapel police arrested Dan Logan III, 33, of the 1500 block of Nelle Street, Anderson, at 5:29 a.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor failure to appear.
