Arrest log: April 19

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Wednesday and Thursday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

  • Anderson police arrested Tami L. Beck, 51, of the 2000 block of Noble Street, Anderson, at 9:13 a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of 11th and Noble streets. Beck was released on her own recognizance for Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.
  • Pendleton police arrested Joseph D. Davoust, 24, of the 6900 block of West County Road 675 North, Middletown, at 10:10 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony theft.
  • Anderson police arrested Jerry Morgan III, 51, of the 2100 block of Madison Avenue, Anderson, at 1:35 p.m. Wednesday in the intersection of 22nd Street and Madison Avenue. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony theft, Class D felony residential entry and Class A misdemeanor criminal mischief.
  • Anderson police arrested Michael J. McDonald, 52, of the 200 block of West 26th Street, Anderson, at 5:23 p.m. Wednesday in his home. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class D felony residential entry and Class C felony battery.
  • Madison County police arrested Gary W. Harless, 44, of the 300 block of North 11th Street, Elwood, at 6:42 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class D felony theft and Class C felony burglary.
  • Madison County police arrested Alexis P. Flynn, 18, of the 4600 block of Village Drive, Anderson, at 10:10 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor battery.
  • Anderson police arrested Neal L. Fippen, 38, of the 2200 block of Sherman Street, Anderson, at 4:59 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony habitual traffic offender.
  • Anderson police arrested Tyler D. Springer, 22, of the 4400 block of West County Road 200 South, Anderson, at 5:03 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI.
  • Elwood police arrested Robert L. Miller III, 18, of the 1600 block of South East Street, Elwood, at 6:04 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class A misdemeanor carrying a handgun without a license, Class C felony unlawful sale of a handgun, Class D felony obstruction of justice and Class D felony criminal recklessness.
  • Elwood police arrested Phillip E. Stillinger, 26, of the 800 block of North 14th Street, Elwood, at 6:34 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $4,000 for Class A misdemeanor check deception.
