Arrest Log: June 11

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Monday and Tuesday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

  • Madison County deputies arrested Larry V. Hamm, 58, homeless, at 9:33 a.m. Monday. No bond was set for violation of a suspended sentence on a Class B felony.
  • Madison County deputies arrested Eric H. Brown Sr., 51, of the 2200 block of Dewey Street, Anderson, at 11:09 a.m. Monday. Bond was set at $20,000 for a return to jail per court order.
  • Anderson police arrested Carlos J. Vasquez, 28, of the 1800 block of West 53rd Street, Anderson, at 4:19 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony domestic battery and Class A misdemeanor intimidation.
  • Madison County deputies arrested Tony L. Julian II, 31, of the 200 block of North Washington Street, Frankton, at 4:35 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for court commitment on a Class B felony.
  • Madison County deputies arrested Stacy A. Smith, 44, of the 5100 block of East Ninth Street, Anderson, at 5 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class C felony maintaining a common nuisance and probation violation on a Class C felony.
  • Madison County deputies arrested Tony L. Carson Sr., 47, of the 2900 block of Huntsville Road, Pendleton, at 6 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $500 for contempt of court in a civil case.
  • Anderson police arrested Joseph W. Martin, 18, of the 12700 block of North Indiana 9, Alexandria, at 8:11 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor conversion.
  • Anderson police arrested William L. Yutmeyer, 28, homeless, at 10:29 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $15,000 for Class D felony theft, Class A misdemeanor criminal trespass and probation violation on a Class D felony.
  • Alexandria police arrested Dustin S. Cook, 26, of the 400 block of West 11th Street, Alexandria, at 11:09 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $200 for driving while suspended on a Class A misdemeanor.
  • Anderson police arrested Laura A. Rocheleau, 29, of the 4000 block of Winners Circle, Anderson, at 1:48 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony theft and Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
  • Anderson police arrested David Cole Jr., 57, of the 1000 block of Fieldcrest Lane, Anderson, at 1:51 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony theft.
  • Elwood police arrested David J. Barnes, 50, of the 1600 block of South I Street, Elwood, at 4:59 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $2,000 for contempt of court on child support.
  • Anderson police arrested George L. Stith, 61, of the 2200 block of Hendricks Street, Anderson, at 5:02 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $325.71 for failure to appear and violation of probation on a Class C misdemeanor.
  • Anderson police arrested Bonifacio G. Avila, 19, of the 3300 block of Columbus Avenue, Anderson, at 5:37 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony criminal recklessness.
  • Anderson police arrested Robert J. McGinn II, 27, of the 300 block of West 25th Street, Anderson, at 5:55 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor conversion.
  • State police arrested Kyle V. Rybolt, 28, of the 6500 block of Lennington Drive, Indianapolis, at 6:24 a.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor domestic battery.
  • Elwood police arrested Cory A. Wilson, 34, of the 2600 block of North A Street, Elwood, at 6:42 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $2,000 for contempt of court on child support.
