Rich to address bereavement group

ANDERSON — Andrea Rich, grief counselor for Loose Funeral Home, will present the program for the Bereavement Support Ministry at 7 p.m. Thursday at Bethany Christian Church, 1920 N. Rangeline Road.

She is licensed as a clinical social worker with more than 20 years of experience.

The group meets in the Fireside Room of the church. Enter through the north door across from Highland Middle School.

All sessions are free of charge for anyone suffering the loss of a family member or friend. Refreshments and fellowship conclude the meeting. Reservations are not necessary.

AHS Class of '66 to meet tonight

ANDERSON — The Anderson High School Class of 1966 will meet for dinner at 6 p.m. today at Frisch's, 500 Broadway.

AHS Class of 1960 meets at Shouts

ANDERSON — The Anderson High School Class of 1960 will have its monthly luncheon at 11:30 a.m. Thursday at Shouts, located at Cooper's Sport Bowl on 53rd Street. All are welcome.

Barbecue dinner set for July 18

DALEVILLE — A pulled pork barbecue dinner will be served from 5 to 7 p.m. on Friday, July 18, at Daleville Christian Church, 14220 W. Daleville Road.

Adult tickets are $5; children under 10, eat free.

Advance tickets may be purchased at the church office or at the event.

Support Breakfast for parents on Saturday

ANDERSON — Through The Eyes of Special Kids will host its Support Breakfast at Cross Roads United Methodist Church, 2000 N. Scatterfield Road, on Saturday from 9 to 10:30 a.m. in the fellowship hall.

The Support Breakfasts are designed to provide an opportunity for parents with children of all ages who have special needs to connect with available resources and supports located around Indiana and meet other families with children with special needs to develop a support system. A light breakfast is provided at no charge; donations are appreciated.
