Arrest log

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Sunday and Monday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

• Anderson police arrested Tyrone M. Rayford, 34, homeless, at 4:18 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $40,000 for Class A misdemeanorresisting law enforcement and failure to appear on a Class D felony.

• Madison County deputies arrested William L. Yutmeyer, 28, homeless, at 4:18 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $15,000 for Class D felony theft and Class D felony glue sniffing.

• Madison County deputies arrested Jordan C. Everling, 21, of the 300 block of Harvey Drive, Greentown, at 4:51 p.m. Sunday. No bond was set for Class D felony failure to appear.

• Madison County deputies arrested Kato D. Smith Jr., 30, of the 3600 block of Columbus Avenue, Anderson, at 10:48 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $2,000 for contempt of court on child support and contempt of court on a Class A misdemeanor.

• Madison County deputies arrested Rachel R. Johnson, 31, of the 2300 block of Pitt Street, Anderson, at 11 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony theft and Class D felony receiving stolen property.

• Anderson police arrested Scott D. Wiles, 47, of the 2000 block Jefferson Street, Anderson, at 12:39 a.m. Monday. Bond was set at $500 for contempt of court in a civil case.

• Anderson police arrested Loretta A. Gardner, 50, of the 1700 block of South Madison Avenue, Anderson, at 1:51 a.m. Monday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class C felony battery.

• Anderson police arrested Jimmie L. Campbell Jr., 39, of the 2200 block of Nelle Street, Anderson, at 5:51 a.m. Monday. Bond was set at $214 for Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement, Class A misdemeanor battery, Level 6 felony OWI and parole violation on a Class B felony.
