Arrest Log

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Tuesday and Wednesday based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

• Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Dameion Marquese Dysart, 38, of the 500 block of Alhambra Drive, Anderson, at 2:53 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for Class B felony for return to county jail per court order S.

• Police arrested Nathan James Haulk, 36, 2900 block of Indiana 37, Elwood, at 3:07 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for hold for other jurisdiction.

• Anderson police arrested Unitas Danshell Gosha, 19, of the 3500 block of Oaklawn Drive, Anderson, at 3:32 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor for battery: no/ minor injury.

• Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Juan Antonio Hernandez-Pacheco, 37, of the 300 block of West Fourth Street, Anderson, at 4:23 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for Class D felony for court commitment.

• Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Sean Nigel Hindman, 20, of the 2800 block of West 34th Street, Anderson, at 4:25 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class A misdemeanor for carry handgun without license and at $10,000 for Class C felony for carry handgun without license.

• Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Jeremy James Threet, 39, of the 4400 block of West County Road 500 North, Anderson, at 4:48 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor for battery: no/ minor injury.

• Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Jason Patrick Hilligoss, 27, of the 700 block of Milton Avenue, Anderson, at 5:12 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $319 for civil for contempt of court and at $5,000 for Level 6 felony for habitual traffic offender.

• Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Paige Latish Jackson, 33, of the 1100 block of South Luick Avenue, Muncie, at 5:14 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for Class D felony for violation of probation. No bond was set for hold for other jurisdiction.
