---- — Pet nail, microchip clinic planned

ANDERSON — The Madison County Humane Society, 2219 Crystal St., will conduct its monthly nail and microchip clinic and heartworm testing from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday at the shelter. The cost is $5 for a nail trim, $10 for a heartworm test and $20 for microchipping. No appointment is necessary. Pets must be on a leash.

Alex Community Band to perform at Good's

ANDERSON — Good's Candy Shop continues its Good Friday Free Concert series tonight. The Alexandria Community Band will perform from 7 to 9 p.m. The event is free and guests are asked to bring a lawn chair.

Portland hosts Vintage Motorbike Club

PORTLAND — The vintage Motorbike Club will hold its 41st national meet July 20-24 at the Jay County Fairgrounds in Portland. This annual event is the largest meet of its kind in the nation featuring vintage Cushman motorbikes. An all-day pass at the gate is $5.
