Arrest log: April 2

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Sunday and Monday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

  • The Madison County Sheriff’s Department arrested Bonifacio Santiago-Castro, 50, of the 2600 block of Main Street, Anderson, at 10:30 a.m. Sunday in the 20 block of Fletcher Street, Anderson. Bond was set at $10,000 on two Class A misdemeanor charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating a vehicle without a license.  
  • Anderson police arrested David H. Dewey, 40, of the 1100 block of West Fifth Street, Anderson, at 12:45 p.m. Sunday at his home. No bond was set on a Class A misdemeanor charge of domestic battery with serious injury/weapon used.
  • Anderson police arrested David A. Smith, 23, of the 1900 block of Brown Street, Anderson, at 1:36 p.m. Sunday at his home. No bond was set on a Class A misdemeanor charge of contempt of court.
  • Pendleton police arrested Marcus A. Bilbrey, 28, of the 100 block of Gregory Drive, Pendleton, at 3:14 p.m. Sunday in the 700 block of West Pioneer Trace, Pendleton. Bond was set at $20,000 on a Class D felony charge of intimidation, a Class C misdemeanor charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor charge of resisting law enforcement and a Class B misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct.
  • Anderson police arrested Rickey D. Gosha, 24, of the 1600 block of Nichol Avenue, Anderson, at 3:02 p.m. Sunday in the 1500 block of Madison Avenue. No bond was set on two Class B misdemeanor charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
  • Anderson police arrested Hung Vi Ong, 33, of the 800 block of High Point Boulevard, Shelbyville,  at 4:14 p.m. Sunday in the 3100 block of Autumn Ridge Road, Anderson. No bond was set on a Class A misdemeanor charge of invasion of privacy and Class B misdemeanor charge of criminal trespass.
  • Ingalls police arrested Norvie L. Beasley Jr., 31, of the 7500 block of Bayview Club Drive, Indianapolis, at 4:14 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $30,000 on three Class D felony charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, operating a vehicle while intoxicated and endangering a person and refusal to submit to a chemical test.
  • Anderson police arrested Keith D. Owens, 27, of the 2100 block of West Ninth Street, Anderson, at 5:21 p.m. Sunday. No bond was set on a Class A misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana, hash oil, hashish.
  • Police arrested Gordon L. Wilson Jr., 39, of the 900 block of Nursery Road, Anderson, at 1:50 a.m. Monday. No bond was set on a Class A misdemeanor charge of domestic battery with serious injury/weapon used.
  • The Madison County Sheriff’s Department arrested Paula D. Bolt, 60, of the 2100 block of South Hackley, Muncie, at 4:11 p.m. Monday. No bond was set on a Class B felony return to jail per court order — jail booking.
