Arrest Log: April 19

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Thursday and Friday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

• Anderson police arrested Bobby G. Harris Jr., 36, of the 2500 block of U.S. 31, Seymour, at 10:06 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $40,000 for Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct and Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.

• Madison County deputies arrested Kelli J. Jack-Kelly, 48, of the 7100 block of Sea Pine Drive, Indianapolis, at 2:47 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class D felony identity deception and Class D felony fraud.

• Madison County deputies arrested Kristi L. Castle, 26, of the 1900 block of South I Street, Elwood, at 3:58 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for return to county jail on a Class A misdemeanor.

• Madison County deputies arrested Demetrick M. Cameron, 40, of the 1400 block of Parkview Drive, Monroe, La., at 3:59 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for return to county jail on a Class C felony.

• Madison County deputies arrested William L. Flemming, 35, of the 2300 block of Brown Street, Anderson, at 4:16 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for return to county jail on a Class D felony.

• Madison County deputies arrested Robert R. Myers Jr., 45, of the 200 block of Unanai Drive, Pendleton, at 4:26 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for return to county jail on a Class B felony.

• Anderson police arrested Richard Williams Sr., 46, of the 1100 block of 13th Street, Anderson, at 4:33 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $1,000 for Class A misdemeanor contempt of court.

• Anderson police arrested Jacqui L. Atkinson, 27, of the 600 block of Ruddle Avenue, Anderson, at 4:45 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class A misdemeanor DWS and Class B misdemeanor false informing.

• Anderson police arrested Michael R. Smith, 37, homeless, at 5:06 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class D felony residential entry.
