Arrest log

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Wednesday and Thursday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

• Anderson police arrested Charles C. Perine, 30, of the 700 block of Ruddle Avenue, Anderson, at 9:51 a.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor domestic battery.

• Madison County deputies arrested Christopher L. Durant, 28, of the 1900 block of East Seventh Street, Anderson, at 10:51 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $2,000 for court commitment in a civil case.

• Anderson police arrested Marquis D. Kelley, 27, of the 2200 block of Nichol Avenue, Anderson, at 1:26 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony possession of marijuana and Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended.

• Anderson police arrested Leticia D. Lark, 39, of the 2000 block of Nelle Street, Anderson, at 4:12 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for violation of probation on a Class A misdemeanor violation of probation and Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended.

• Anderson police arrested Jennifer M. Ball, 44, of the 500 block of South County Road 300 East, Anderson, at 4:36 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony dealing marijuana, Class D felony possession of marijuana, Class D felony maintaining a common nuisance and Class D felony neglect of a dependent.

• Anderson police arrested Brock L. Waker, 45, of the 2300 block of North County Road 300 West, Anderson, at 4:48 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement, failure to appear on a Class C felony and violation of probation on a Class C felony.

• Anderson police arrested Christine Campbell, 48, of the 3700 block of Oaklawn Drive, Anderson, at 8:36 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony theft.

• Lapel police arrested Brady A. Gilbert, 20, of the 9200 block of Briar Drive, Lapel, at 10:17 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor conversion.
