Central Indiana high school probes bullying report

FRANKFORT — Indiana State Police are investigating reports of bullying at a school that might involve sexual battery. Sgt. Kim Riley said Tuesday the investigation involves potential incidents of "sexual battery" at Clinton Prairie High School.

Superintendent Chris Sampson said the freshman who was the target of the bullying initially said two seniors pinned him down in a locker room last week and poked him in the ribs and that he remained fully clothed throughout the incident. However, Sampson says additional information from the freshman and two student witnesses indicates three attacks have occurred since spring break.

Sampson says two seniors implicated in the attacks were on track to graduate but now are "suspended pending expulsion."
