Arrest Log

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Wednesday and Thursday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Madison County police arrested Juan S. Bautista, 33, of the 200 block of North Washington Street, Frankton, at 11:01 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $3,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI and Class B misdemeanor leaving the scene of an accident.

Chesterfield police arrested Bret G. Short, 50, of the 400 block of North County Road 500 East, Chesterfield, at 12:33 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class B misdemeanor contempt of court.

Anderson police arrested Corey M. Land, 22, of the 2900 block of East Lynn Street, Anderson, at 1:12 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor failure to appear.

Anderson police arrested Amanda D. Pitts, 34, of the 2700 block of Delaware Street, Anderson, at 2:18 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor failure to appear and Class A misdemeanor violation of probation.

Anderson police arrested Wenzel D. Williams, 25, of the 1900 block of Walnut Street, Anderson, at 2:23 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class A misdemeanor domestic battery.

Madison County police arrested Justin T. Frey, 34, of the 9600 block of South Indiana 9, Pendleton, at 4:18 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class C felony in-home detention violation.

Anderson police arrested Mercedes K. Allen, 22, of the 2200 block of Fulton Street, Anderson, at 5:24 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy and Class A misdemeanor violation of probation.

Anderson police arrested Tonya M. Eubanks, 38, of the 2400 block of Meridian Street, Anderson, at 5:24 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $2,000 for Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.

State police arrested Ashley M. Sanders, 28, of the 3100 block of Columbus Avenue, Anderson, at 6:13 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class B felony violation of probation.
