Arrest Log: July 9

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Sunday and Monday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

  • Madison County police arrested Brock A. Phillips, 21, of the 3100 block of East Fifth Street, Anderson, at 6:10 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $3,000 for Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana and Class A misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia.
  • Anderson police arrested Eduardo J. Gallardo, 22, of Mechanic Street, Shelbyville, at 6:54 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $4,000 for Class C misdemeanor public nudity and Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.
  • Alexandria police arrested Zachary R. Watson, 24, of the 3000 block of South 450 East, Anderson, at 8:16 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor domestic battery and Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement.
  • Anderson police arrested Tonya M. Eubanks, 38, of the 2400 block of Meridian Street, Anderson, at 2:49 a.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.
  • Madison County police arrested Jeremy Hall, 39, of the 2000 block of Arrow Avenue, Anderson, at 9:27 a.m. Monday. Bond was set at $7,000 for Civil contempt of court, Class D felony failure to return to lawful detention and Civil violation of probation.
  • Madison County police arrested Paul A. Wiley, 45, of the 2100 block of West Floyd Avenue, Anderson, at 1:33 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $2,000 for Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduction.
  • Madison County police arrested Jason R. Cheeks, 25, of the 1900 block of Shepard Road, Anderson, at 3:15 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony criminal confinement, Class D felony residential entry, Class A misdemeanor interference with reporting of a crime, Class A misdemeanor battery, Class B felony probation violation and Class B felony parole violation.
  • Madison County police arrested Markell M. Shell, 18, of the 200 block of West 12th Street, Anderson, at 5:09 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor criminal mischief and Class C felony bond revocation.
