Arrest Log: Sept. 2

ANDERSON, Ind. — Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Friday based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Anderson police arrested Frank L. Hatter Jr., 48, of the 1800 block of West Sixth Street, Anderson, at 8:56 a.m. Friday. Bond was set at $500 for Class A misdemeanor failure to appear and Civil contempt of court.

Anderson police arrested Ricky L. Thompson, 42, of the 1100 block of West Seventh Street, Anderson, at 9:18 a.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI and Class B misdemeanor reckless driving.

Elwood police arrested Nickolas D. Castillo, 32, of the 400 block of West 30th Street, Marion, at 10:21 a.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor failure to appear and a hold in another jurisdiction.

Anderson police arrested Maceo L. McCrory, 51, of the 1500 block of Fairview Street, Anderson, at 10:29 a.m. Friday. Bond was set at $3,000 for Class C misdemeanor OWI.

Anderson police arrested Otis D. Amos, 36, of the 2300 block of Discovery Drive, Anderson, at 11:23 a.m. Friday. No bond was set for Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.

Edgewood police arrested Adam D. Inglis, 24, of the 14600 block of North County Road 100 East, Sumitville, at 1:52 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI.

Elwood police arrested Donald H. Tennyson, 67, of the 1500 block of South State Road 37, Elwood, at 2:05 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $3,000 for a Class D felony hold in another jurisdiction.

Alexandria police arrested Ashley R. Sizelove, 28, of the 700 block of North 12th Street, Elwood, at 3:11 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $2,000 for Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct.

Madison County police arrested Matthew E. Roberts, 41, of the 1500 block of West First Street, Marion, at 5:41 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony criminal mischief.
