ANDERSON, Ind. —

Madison County police arrested Rachel E. Roberts, 37, of the 1500 block of North Horton Street, Marion, at 5:41 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony criminal mischief.

Anderson police arrested Lloyd H. Patton Jr., 37, of the 2000 block of East Seventh Street, Anderson, at 6:22 p.m. Friday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor battery.

Anderson police arrested Michael D. Hileman, 44, of the 2600 block of Chase Street, Anderson, at 6:32 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $877 for Civil failure to appear.

Elwood police arrested Berry J. Blackwell, 30, of the 1200 block of Hannibal Street, Noblesville, at 8:16 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor failure to appear and Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended.

Anderson police arrested Donna G. McKee, 54, of the 2300 block of North Huntington Road, Marion, at 8:18 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class A misdemeanor conversion.

Alexandria police arrested Brandy N. Doyle, 26, of the 100 block of John Street, Alexandria, at 8:46 p.m. Friday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor false informing.

Madison County police arrested Michael P. Stanley, 29, of Anderson, at 10:25 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony criminal recklessness and Class D felony intimidation.

Anderson police arrested Latoya L. Toney, 34, of the 2100 block of Menifee Street, Anderson, at 10:26 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $35,000 for Class B felony dealing cocaine.

Anderson police arrested Drew A. Tarpley, 35, of the 300 block of West Fourth Street, Anderson, at 12:24 a.m. Saturday. No bond was set for a Class A misdemeanor in another jurisdiction.

Madison County police arrested Jacob D. Jones, 29, of the 7900 block of Black Oak Drive, Plainfield, at 12:46 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $6,000 for Class A misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia and Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

Madison County police arrested Tracy J. Powell, 26, of the 16300 block of 191st Street, Noblesville, at 1:18 a.m. Saturday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor failure to appear, Class A misdemeanor operator never licensed and Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended.
