Arrest Log: Aug. 29

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Tuesday and Wednesday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

  • Madison County police arrested Anthony R. Hicks, 32, of the 2400 block of Melody Lane, Anderson, at 4:44 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor violation of probation and Class B felony violation of probation.
  • Elwood police arrested Mark A. Lane Jr., 51, of the 1600 block of South J Street, Elwood, at 5:23 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $2,000 for Class C felony failure to appear and Civil contempt of court.
  • Anderson police arrested Michelle L. Minniear, 35, of the 2300 block of Noble Street, Anderson, at 6:43 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for Class C misdemeanor check deception and Class C misdemeanor violation of probation.
  • Anderson police arrested Tina H. Tukes, 30, of the 2300 block of Hendricks Street, Anderson, at 7 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $500 for civil contempt of court.
  • Madison County police arrested Nicholas M. Brinson, 24, of the 100 block of Canterbury Road, Pendleton, at 8:23 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony fraud and Class D felony theft.
  • Madison County police arrested Leroy C. Ganow, 45, of the 1400 block of Pearl Street, Anderson, at 8:24 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $2,500 for Civil contempt of court.
  • Elwood police arrested David M. Beeman, 61, of the 900 block of Washington Parkway, Elwood, at 9:57 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor battery.
  • State police arrested Paul J. Goodwin, 43, of the 2100 block of Central Avenue, Anderson, at 1:51 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $4,000 for Class C misdemeanor OWI.
  • Madison County police arrested Dillion W. Wichman, 21, of the 800 block of Delmar Road, Anderson, at 1:56 a.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class C felony failure to appear.
  • Anderson police arrested Ian M. Friend, 31, of the 1800 block of Main Street, Anderson, at 5:22 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $2,000 for Class C felony failure to appear, civil contempt of court and Class A misdemeanor violation of probation.
  • Elwood police arrested Johnny L. Davis, 40, of the 1600 block of South I Street, Elwood, at 5:47 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $3,000 for Class B misdemeanor leaving the scene of an accident and Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.
  • Edgewood police arrested Joshua D. Duke, 30, of the 100 block of South Adams Street, Knightstown, at 6:41 a.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
  • State police arrested John D. Wiley, 43, of the 100 block of West Water Street, Pendleton, at 10:14 a.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor failure to appear.
