Arrest Log

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Saturday and Sunday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Madison County police arrested Adrienne C. James, 25, homeless, at 1:20 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class D felony identity deception and Class D felony auto theft.

Anderson police arrested Lorie L. Morrison, 50, of the 600 block of Lennox Drive, Anderson, at 1:39 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class D felony maintaining a common nuisance, Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana and Class B felony dealing cocaine.

Anderson police arrested Tara L. Bargo, 36, of the 300 block of West 53rd Street, Anderson, at 1:40 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $500 for failure to appear in a civil case.

Anderson police arrested Larry E. Stephenson, 53, of the 2600 block of West 18th Street, Anderson, at 2:22 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class D felony maintaining a common nuisance and Class B felony dealing a Schedule I, II or III controlled substance.

Alexandria police arrested Thomas R. Lundy, 31, of the 100 block of East Monroe Street, Alexandria, at 2:28 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $500 for contempt of court in a civil case.

Anderson police arrested Jacob M. Stires, 23, of the 700 block of North County Road 300 East, Anderson, at 4:54 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor conversion.

Madison County police arrested John H. McNeal, 56, of the 2700 block of Shawnee Drive, Anderson, at 5:42 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $3,000 for Class C misdemeanor OWI.

Anderson police arrested Michael A. Clendenin II, 20, of the 200 block of Eastman Road, Chesterfield, at 7:10 a.m. Saturday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy.

Anderson police arrested Steven D. Lane, 48, of the 100 block of Chariot Drive, Anderson, at 7:12 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class D felony criminal confinement, Class C felony intimidation and Class A misdemeanor battery.
