Arrest Log: Aug. 14

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Monday and Tuesday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

  • Madison County police arrested Elizabeth A. Bottomley, 41, of the 800 block of Ivy Lane, Anderson, at 4:31 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony domestic battery.
  • Elwood police arrested Jerad E. Lashure, 34, of the 2100 block of North A Street, Elwood, at 4:39 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor violation of probation.
  • Madison County police arrested Jerry C. Richardson, 57, of the 900 block of West 11th Street, Alexandria, at 5:08 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor contempt of court.
  • Madison County police arrested Vanessa A. Rauch, 25, of the 2100 block of Central Avenue, Anderson, at 5:13 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class C felony court commitment.
  • Madison County police arrested Zak A. Moreillon, 39, of the 3000 block of Highland Park Place, Denver, Colorado, at 5:40 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $32,000 for Class C felony nonsupport of a dependent child and Civil contempt of court.
  • Elwood police arrested Jackie L. Lyttle, 23, of the 1900 block of South A Street, Elwood, at 5:49 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class C misdemeanor failure to appear.
  • Elwood police arrested Betty W. Groover, 35, of the 11000 block of North County Road 300 East, Alexandria, at 6:13 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor intimidation and Class A misdemeanor probation violation.
  • Alexandria police arrested Dawn R. East, 34, of the 1600 block of East County Road 1300 North, Alexandria, at 6:45 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class C felony court commitment.
  • Madison County police arrested David J. Archer, 20, of the 12800 block of Ravine Drive, Middletown, at 8:23 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI, Class A misdemeanor leaving the scene of an accident, Class A misdemeanor operator under 21 with BAC over 0.02, Class A misdemeanor illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and Class A misdemeanor false informing.
  • Anderson police arrested Tina L. Pitts, 34, of the 1600 block of Main Street, Anderson, at 8:46 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $1,000 for Civil contempt of court and failure to appear.
  • Anderson police arrested Kevin A. Haynes, 51, of the 2900 block of East Lynn Street, Anderson, at 9:57 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor parole violation.
  • Anderson police arrested Dorina M. Ledsinger, 43, of the 400 block of West Second Street, Anderson, at 10:43 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended.
  • Anderson police arrested Jeffrey E. Tilden, 46, homeless, at 5:20 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $40,000 for Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.
  • Anderson police arrested Cameron J. Stock, 22, of the 1500 block of East 43rd Street, Anderson, at 8 a.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy and Class A misdemeanor conversion.
  • State police arrested Tony J. Mathis, 58, of South Drive, Anderson, at 9:57 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony OWI.
  • Elwood police arrested James R. Shelton, 30, of the 1900 block of South I Street, Elwood, at 10:44 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony possession of precursors.
