Arrest log: April 20

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Thursday and Friday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Anderson police arrested Joshua R. Snyder, 31, of the 2600 block of Main Street, Anderson, at 8:39 a.m. Thursday in the Anderson Police Department. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy and Class D felony parole violation.

State police arrested Melinda M. Simms-Byers, 23, of the 3500 block of Oaklawn Drive, Anderson, at 2:21 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony maintaining a common nuisance.

State police arrested Tanisha K. Smith, 22, of the 3600 block of Oaklawn Drive, Anderson, at 2:58 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony visiting a common nuisance and Class D felony neglect of a dependent.

State police arrested Timothy W. Woolum Sr., 54, of the 2600 block of Morton Street, Anderson, at 2:58 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $35,000 for Class D felony possession of meth, Class D felony possession of meth, Class A felony dealing meth, Class A misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia, Class D felony possession of precursors, Class D felony maintaining a common nuisance, Class C felony neglect of a dependent, Class D felony possession of marijuana and Class A misdemeanor probation violation.

State police arrested Brady C. Cogswell, 27, of the 2200 block of Silver Street, Anderson, at 4:14 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony habitual traffic offender and Class A misdemeanor OWI.

Madison County police arrested Jonathan T. Rogers, 27, of the 700 block of North Anderson Street, Elwood, at 4:57 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $25,000 for Class C felony nonsupport of a dependent child and three counts of Civil contempt of court for child support.

Madison County police arrested Heather A. Holmes, 31, of the 800 block of Queensgate Drive, Greenwood, at 5:58 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for a Class D felony in Boone County.

Madison County police arrested Ronald G. Newton, 49, of the 400 block of North Ninth Street, Elwood, at 8:44 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $3,000 for Class A misdemeanor false informing.

Anderson police arrested Antonio C. McMullen, 25, of the 1900 block of Nichol Avenue, Anderson, at 10:13 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony possession of cocaine.

Anderson police arrested Corinne M. Deane, 22, of Leisure Lane, Anderson, at 4:19 a.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor failure to appear and Class A misdemeanor conversion.
