Arrest Log: Feb. 15

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Thursday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

  • Madison County deputies arrested Shirley J. Jones, 48, of the 2900 block of Pitt Street, Anderson, at 8:47 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony possession of cocaine and Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
  • Anderson police arrested Jo Dimas, 31, of the 1700 block of Walton Street, Anderson, at 11:59 a.m. Thursday. No bond was set for violation of probation on a Class A misdemeanor.
  • Ingalls police arrested Amy J. Lawson, 52, of the 200 block of South West Street, Pendleton, at 12:39 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class C misdemeanor refusal to submit to a chemical test and Class A misdemeanor OWI.
  • Anderson police arrested Darren L. Mallett, 27, of the 2000 block of Cedar Street, Anderson, at 12:54 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $2,000 for Class B misdemeanor visiting a common nuisance.
  • Anderson police arrested Levert Braxton III, 28, of the 1800 block of Sheridan Street, Anderson, at 1:18 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $2,000 for Class B misdemeanor visiting a common nuisance and probation violation on a Class A misdemeanor.
  • Anderson police arrested Willie S. White Jr., 32, of the 1600 block of West 14th Street, Anderson, at 4:14 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $25,000 for Class D felony maintaining a common nuisance, Class B felony dealing cocaine and Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
  • Madison County deputies arrested Mercedes K. Allen, 23, of the 1400 block of Arrow Avenue, Anderson, at 5:10 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for violation of probation on a Class C felony.
  • Madison County deputies arrested Mary C. Garner, 25, of the 2500 block of West 11th Street, Anderson, at 5:25 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class C felony forgery, Class D felony receiving stolen property and failure to appear on a Class A misdemeanor.
  • Anderson police arrested Jaclyn R. Smith, 32, of the 1300 block of West Eighth Street, Anderson, at 6:20 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class D felony possession or sale of precursors, Class B misdemeanor visiting a common nuisance, Class B felony manufacturing meth, Class D felony possession of meth and violation of probation on a Class D felony.
  • Summitville police arrested Eric S. Gates, 41, of the 100 block of South Howard Street, Summitville, at 6:30 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for a Class D felony in another jurisdiction.
  • Madison County deputies arrested Ashley N. Beane, 26, of the 800 block of East Washington Street, Summitville, at 8:32 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $500 for contempt of court in a civil case.
  • Anderson police arrested Jaqueline G. Figueroa, 34, of the 1300 block of Fletcher Street, Anderson, at 8:36 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemenaor battery.
  • Chesterfield police arrested Joel A. Beardsley, 26, of the 7800 block of Lakeside Woods Drive, Orlando, Florida, at 10:01 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $8,000 for Class C misdemeanor OWI.
  • Anderson police arrested Michael L. Simmons, 64, of the 800 block of West 38th Street, Anderson, at 10:15 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony OWI and probation violation on a Class C felony.
