Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Saturday and Sunday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Madison County police arrested Kelisha D. Thompson, 30, of the 600 block of West County Road 600 North, Alexandria, at 4:12 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony receiving stolen property and probation violation on a Class A misdemeanor.

Madison County police arrested Terry N. Morphew, 59, of the 400 block of West Second Street, Anderson, at 4:25 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony OWI, Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended, Class D felony possession of a controlled substance and probation violation on a Class D felony.

Madison County police arrested Davon T. Johnson-Barclay, 24, of the 2300 block of West 15th Street, Anderson, at 4:53 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $2,000 for contempt of court in a civil case and probation violation on a Class D felony.

Alexandria police arrested Jarod C. Hughes, 34, of the 600 block of East Jackson Street, Alexandria, at 5:15 p.m. Saturday. No bond was set for Class D felony intimidation and Class A misdemeanor criminal trespass.

Chesterfield police arrested Dustin A. Stults, 22, of the 3100 block of Pitt Street, Anderson, at 8:15 p.m. Saturday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor domestic battery and Class A misdemeanor conversion.

Anderson police arrested Johnnell Y. Young, 26, of the 1900 block of West 10th Street, Anderson, at 9:16 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $500 for contempt of court in a civil case.

Madison County police arrested Heather J. Davis, 35, of the 6200 block of Akron Drive, Alexandria, at 1:16 a.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony OWI, Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement and Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

Anderson police arrested Kaylee M. Shields, 24, of the 3600 block of Oaklawn Drive, Anderson, at 1:42 a.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony neglect of a dependent.

Anderson police arrested William L. Flemming, 35, of the 1700 block of North Madison Avenue, Anderson, at 2 a.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony battery, Class D felony strangulation, Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy, Class A misdemeanor interference with reporting of a crime and Class B misdemeanor criminal mischief.

State police arrested Nathan A. Cooper, 23, of the 2700 block of Dewey Street, Anderson, at 2:26 a.m. Sunday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor operator never licensed.

State police arrested Dustin G. Rusher, 29, of the 3200 block of Pennway Drive, Anderson, at 2:37 a.m. Sunday. No bond was set for Class D felony habitual traffic offender and probation violation on a Class D felony.

Chesterfield police arrested Bruce K. Funk, 53, of the 4500 block of North County Road 200 East, Anderson, at 5:17 a.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI.

Chesterfield police arrested Phillip H. Spay, 50, of the 2600 block of Deer Creek Drive, Anderson, at 5:34 a.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI.

State police arrested Robert D. Holland, 25, of the 6600 block of South County Road 200 East, Markleville, at 6 a.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI.

Anderson police arrested Keith L. McCotry, 42, of the 4300 block of Wolf Paw Lane, Anderson, at 9:50 a.m. Sunday. No bond was set for Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.

Elwood police arrested Gary Ross Jones, 47, of the 1900 block of North B Street, Elwood, at 10:42 a.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony criminal confinement and Class A misdemeanor domestic battery.

Anderson police arrested Johnny L. Johnson, 37, of the 1600 block of West 21st Street, Anderson, at 1:01 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $3,000 for Class C misdemeanor OWI.
