Arrest Log: Nov. 19

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Sunday and Monday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Elwood police arrested Adam Wesley Bennett, 29, of the 1300 block of South F Street, Elwood at 8:47 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement.

Elwood police arrested Kyle Fredrick House, 19, of the 1500 block of North E Street, Elwood, at 8:53 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor Battery.

Anderson police arrested Chevyuno Quenton Jones, 26, 2200 block of Fountain Street, Anderson, at 12:14 a.m. Monday. Bond was set at $670 for Class A misdemeanor of failure to appear.

Anderson police arrested Amanda Lee Stittums, 21, of the 200 block of West Third Street, Anderson, at 1 a.m. Monday. Bond was set at $500 for a civil contempt of court and $445 for a Class A misdemeanor of being an operator never licensed.

Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Elizabeth Joy Crume, 22, of the 200 block of North Eighth Street, Elwood, at 1:05 a.m. Monday. No bond was set while held for other jurisdiction for Class D felony.

Anderson police arrested Tara Kim Baugher, 36, of the 300 block of West 11th Street, Anderson, at 1:49 a.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor of probation violation and $4,000 for Class A misdemeanor of driving while suspended.

Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Charles Eugene Scott, 53, of the 3200 block of South Home Avenue, Marion, at 8:51 a.m. Monday. Bond was set at $3,000 for civil case of contempt of court.

Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Anthony Joe Cross, 36, of the 5100 block of Reformatory Road, Pendleton, at 9:48 a.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony of possession of a controlled substance.
