Arrest Log

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Monday and Tuesday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Madison County deputies arrested Monica Ann Williams, 45, of the 1600 block of Crystal Street, Anderson, at 3:12 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony for residential entry, and $5,000 for Class B misdemeanor for battery with no or minor injury.

Madison County deputies arrested Ricki Earl Herndon, 60, of the 16000 block of Brown Street, Anderson, at 4:20 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class C felony child molest.

Madison County deputies arrested Michelle Love Johnson, 40, of the 3400 block of Summertime Trail, Lafayette, at 4:40 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class C felony trafficking with an inmate, and $20,000 for Class A misdemeanor trafficking with an inmate.

Anderson police arrested Adrian Davis, 27, of the 4100 block of Alpine Drive, Anderson, at 5:53 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor for DWS: prior.

Police arrested Samuel Joel Musselman, 24, of the 18200 block of Promise Road, Noblesville, at 6:27 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class D felony for court commitment.

Madison County deputies arrested Kyle Andrew Elleman, 25, of the 1100 block of Flatrock Drive, Anderson, at 8:27 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $3,000 for Class A misdemeanor for possession of marijuana, hash oil, hashish, at $3,000 for Class A misdemeanor for possession of paraphernalia, and no bond was set for another jurisdiction hold.

Madison County deputies arrested Paul Allen Dover, 41, of the 600 block of North Jones Street, Ingalls, at 10:06 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class C felony for return to county jail per court order.

Anderson police arrested Latonius Shyron McClendon, 35, of the 1400 block of Halford Street, Anderson, at 10:11 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $2,000 for civil for contempt of court for child support.
