Second Harvest to host annual meeting

MUNCIE — Second Harvest Food Bank of East Central Indiana will host its annual meeting from 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 23 in the community room at Second Harvest.

Volunteers, agencies, and board members will be honored for their contributions this past year. Refreshments will be served.

Newspaper reschedules blood drive

ANDERSON — The Herald Bulletin, 1133 Jackson St., has rescheduled its blood drive originally set for Jan. 7. The drive will now be held on Tuesday, Feb. 4, from 1 to 4:45 p.m.

The Bloodmobile will be parked in the newspaper’s lower parking lot behind the building. Appointments may be made by going to www.donorpoint.org or by calling Tammy Everitt at 648-4242.

CHA to hold healthcare enrollment sessions

ANDERSON — Community Hospital Anderson will offer a series of informational healthcare enrollment sessions to the community. During these sessions, state licensed navigators will be available to assist people in signing up for health care coverage on the Indiana Health Insurance marketplace.

Upcoming dates include: Tuesday, Jan. 21 and Tuesday, Jan. 28 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Community Hospital Anderson Education Center, 1923 N. Madison Ave.; and Monday, Jan. 27 at the Anderson Public Library from 4 to 7 p.m.

Community Hospital Anderson’s financial counselors can also assist people over the phone or in person, by appointment.
