Arrest Log: Jan. 25

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Thursday and Friday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Madison County police arrested Joel S. White, 19, of the 1100 block of West Second Street, Anderson, at 10:08 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony theft.

Anderson police arrested Robert B. Grant, 53, of the 600 block of Main Street, Anderson, at 12:06 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $40,000 for Class B misdemeanor public intoxication and contempt of court on a Class B misdemeanor.

Anderson police arrested Emily D. Waters, 24, of the 2900 block of East Sixth Street, Anderson, at 12:16 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI.

Anderson police arrested Leasa M. Bennett, 37, of the 400 block of West Fourth Street, Anderson, at 1:50 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for failure to appear on a Class A misdemeanor.

Anderson police arrested Christopher T. Woods, 19, of the 1300 block of South Madison Avenue, at 2:02 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony theft, Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana and Class A misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia.

Anderson police arrested Chris M. Miser, 41, of the 200 block of West Oak Street, Anderson, at 2:37 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $2,000 for Class B misdemeanor false informing.

Anderson police arrested Emilio B. Dimas, 20, of the 2200 block of East Lynn Street, Anderson, at 3 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor conversion, Class D felony assisting a criminal, probation violation on a Class B misdemeanor, Class D felony receiving stolen property and Class A misdemeanor carrying a handgun without a license.

Anderson police arrested Jessica R. Rayford, 30, of the 400 block of Ruddle Avenue, Anderson, at 4:19 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony receiving stolen property.
