Arrest Log: Aug. 23

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Wednesday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Anderson police arrested Latoya N. Stennis, 31, of the 1300 block of West 13th Street, Anderson, at 9:03 a.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor contempt of court.

Alexandria police arrested Herbert F. Justice IV, 32, of the 400 block of Miles Street, Alexandria, at 9:41 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $450 for Class A misdemeanor contempt of court.

Madison County police arrested Kenneth L. Belcher II, 36, of the 400 block of North 17th Street, New Castle, at 10:29 a.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class C felony violation of probation.

Madison County police arrested Aaron N. L. Ice, 35, of the 300 block of West County Road 1800 North, Summitville, at 10:33 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony habitual traffic offender.

Madison County police arrested Brian L. Foy, 53, of the 7800 block of Rosebud Drive, Pendleton, at 10:52 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $4,000 for Class C misdemeanor OWI.

Madison County police arrested Robert H. Hill, 20, of the 300 block of East Cross Street, Anderson, at 1:35 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $3,000 for Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

Alexandria police arrested Scott A. Littell, 19, of the 1400 block of Jackson Street, Alexandria, at 2:19 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor contempt of court.

Anderson police arrested Amanda D. Jones, 25, of the 1800 block of Miller Avenue, Anderson, at 2:57 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor contempt of court and Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended.

Edgewood police arrested Christopher T. Lemons, 41, of the 2100 block of Drexel Drive, Anderson, 3 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor contempt of court.
