Team Chloe 5K Run/Walk to be held Sept. 21

FRANKTON, Ind. — The "Team Chloe 5K Run/Walk" will be held on Saturday, Sept. 21, beginning at 8 a.m. at Frankton High School, 610 E. Clyde St. The race course begins and ends at the high school.

Chloe Poor, a freshman at Frankton High School, is battling leukemia for the third time in the last four years.

Runners/walkers can register at the race at 7:30 a.m. Donation, $5. More than 200 have registered. The event coincides with Frankton Heritage Days.

Families and pets (on leashes) are also invited to participate.

Team Chloe T-shirts will be available for purchase for $10 and all proceeds will benefit Team Chloe.
