Arrest Log: Oct. 5

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Thursday and Friday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Elwood police arrested Francisco J. Medina, 28, of the 1100 block of North J Street, Elwood, at 8:52 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $3,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI, Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana and Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.

Madison County police arrested Kellie A. Granger, 33, of the 100 block of East Third Avenue, Alexandria, at 9:21 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class C felony obstruction of delivery of prescription drugs and Class D felony theft.

Anderson police arrested Jason D. Pitts, 32, of the 2700 block of Delaware Street, Anderson, at 2:45 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended.

Anderson police arrested Katie J. Bilbrey, 51, of the 900 block of East Eighth Street, Anderson, at 3:19 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $4,000 for Class B misdemeanor public intoxication and Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement.

Anderson police arrested Brianna L. Vollenhals, 21, of the 1500 block of Weatherly Way, Anderson, at 4:27 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor conversion.

Madison County police arrested August D. Trotter, 54, of the 2200 block of Grand Prix Drive, Indianapolis, at 4:37 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for violation of work release on a Class D felony.

Madison County police arrested Jacob M. Black, 28, of the 3300 block of Ramble Road, Bloomington, at 5:34 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for violation of probation on a Class D felony.

Madison County police arrested Jimmie R. Holland Jr., 34, of the 300 block of North 11th Street, Frankton, at 5:52 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for violation of work release on a Class D felony.
