NOR Body no bullet:Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Monday and Tuesday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

NOR body bullet:Madison County police arrested Kylie M. Manghelli, 23, of the 2600 block of East U.S. 36, Markleville, at 4:15 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $500 for contempt of court in a civil case.

Anderson police arrested Marcia N. Thompson, 34, of the 2200 block of Highland Avenue, Anderson, at 4:25 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony intimidation.

Anderson police arrested Patrick L. Jeffers, 58, of the 2100 block of Walnut Street, Anderson, at 8:22 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony possession of cocaine, Class C felony possession of a controlled substance and Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

Madison County police arrested Richard L. Jones, 57, of the 100 block of South County Road 500 West, Anderson, at 8:27 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A felony battery.

Madison County police arrested Jerrica E. Little, 22, of the 1800 block of Horton Drive, Anderson, at 8:58 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor conversion and probation violation on a Class A misdemeanor.

Anderson police arrested Merrill D. Dougherty, 33, of the 1100 block of West Third Street, Anderson, at 10:49 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class C felony nonsupport of a dependent child.

Anderson police arrested Floriva P. Cochran, 33, of the 2700 block of West 23rd Street, Anderson, at 1:55 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $500 for contempt of court on a civil case.

Madison County police arrested Derek S. Miller, 39, of the 100 block of Kim Drive, Anderson, at 9:16 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor battery.

Madison County police arrested Jason S. Weller, 34, of the 200 block of Southwest E Street, Richmond, at 9:37 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class D felony OWI.
