Arrest Log

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Sunday and Monday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Anderson police arrested John P. Leach, 50, of the 1800 block of Fulton Street, Anderson, at 8:21 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor criminal trespass.

Madison County police arrested Randy G. Hall, 34, of the 4100 block of Haverhill Drive, Anderson, at 10:03 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $500 for Civil contempt of court, Civil failure to appear and Class C felony violation of work release.

Anderson police arrested Joshua R. Snyder, 31, of the 2600 block of Main Street, Anderson, at 11:07 p.m. Sunday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor domestic battery and a parole violation in another jurisdiction.

Madison County police arrested Aaron L. Sink, 22, of the 3600 block of West 53rd Street, Anderson, at 11:08 p.m. Sunday. No bond was set for Class C felony violation of suspended sentence.

Edgewood police arrested Kiely A. Stephenson, 26, of the 1600 block of Edgewood Drive, Anderson, at 1:34 a.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended.

Madison County police arrested Trevor M. Smith, 25, of the 5900 block of West Holly Hills Road, Hanover, at 1:36 a.m. Monday. Bond was set at $6,000 for Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

Madison County police arrested Justin D. Ludington, 18, of the 1500 block of Cincinnati Avenue, Anderson, at 2:13 a.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class C misdemeanor illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.
