YORKTOWN — Bud Dale Miller, 54, of Yorktown, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2014, at his home.
He was born Aug. 5, 1959, in Muncie, to his parents, Dale and Thelma (Osborne) Miller. Bud was a graduate of Highland High School. He was the founder and owner of The Auto Shop in Yorktown. He was a member of the Forest Park Church. Bud was the ultimate family man, always placing his needs behind the needs of others.
Bud is survived by his wife of 35 years, Donna (Bell) Miller; children, Brandon (Laura) Miller of Middletown; and a daughter, Ashley Alaina Riegler, husband, Jon of Muncie.
He was pap to Brandon Jr. and Olivia Miller, Aiden Naomi and Chris Riegler. His parents, Dale and Thelma Miller of Anderson. Mother-in-law, Mary Bell of Muncie. Siblings, Kandi and Eddie Heuson of Anderson, Renee Brown of Anderson and Dean (Dawn) Miller of Daleville; and many nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at the Forest Park Church at 2105 W. Memorial Dr., Muncie, with Pastor David Delk officiating. Burial will follow in the Elm Ridge Cemetery in Muncie.
Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday prior to services at the church.
